Send a Quote
This tutorial will cover how send the quote once you’ve created the reservation.
Create a Quote
Navigate to Airpeggio.io and login.
Select ‘Reservations’ from the top ribbon, find the reservation that you want to generate the quote for, and click the eye icon to drill into the reservation request.
Before you generate the quote, verify the legs, passenger info, pilot assignments to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts, and click the ‘Generate Quote’ button at the bottom of the page.
On the next page, select the appropriate Pricing Profile and click the ‘Generate Quote’ button.
On the following page, you’ll see button options to do the following:
- Copy Payment Link: Send the customer a payment link for a quick payment turnaround
- Send to Customer: Generates an email to customer with the reservation and quote details
- Download Quote: Downloads the quote straight to your computer in PDF format
- Mark as Paid: Click this button once you have received trip payment
