Schedule a Trip

This tutorial will cover how to schedule a trip. You can add legs, adjust time to fit your departure or arrival times for ease of use, and add trip notes.

Reserve Aircraft

Navigate to Airpeggio.io and login.

Select ‘Reservations’ from the top ribbon and click the ‘Reserve Aircraft’ button.

On the following screen, fill out the required details and add legs to accommodate roundtrip or multi-leg itineraries. You can specify aircraft, customer, assign pilots, etc., as well as expand the ‘Notes’ section to add trip specific notes.

Once you filled out all the necessary info click the ‘Reserve Aircraft’ button to add the trip to the schedule.
